An offline loyalty programme, where restaurant businesses collected tokens and stuck them on a card to claim cash vouchers and be entered into a prize draw, was in place but the take up was low. With high sales volumes we knew restaurateurs liked the product, and surmised that we needed to lower the participation barrier, by taking the loyalty scheme online. Codes were added to packs, which could be inputted online. We provided restaurants that were already registered with log in details via email.

3,000 registered businesses were migrated to our online loyalty scheme and we attracted 1,500 new businesses.
